Datapedia provides verified business databases compiled from publicly available sources, directories, LinkedIn, and regulatory filings.
We do not sell private, unauthorized, or confidential data.
The databases are provided in digital format (Excel/CSV/PDF).

2. Usage Rights

Purchases from Datapedia are for your personal or business use only.
You may use the database for legitimate B2B outreach, marketing, and networking purposes.
You must not:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the database without our permission.
- Use the data for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.
- Use the data for spamming, phishing, or bulk unsolicited communication in violation of applicable laws (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, Indian IT Act, etc.).

3. Payment & Delivery

All payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay).
Once payment is confirmed, the database will be shared via email to your registered email ID or through a download link.
Delivery timelines: typically within 24-48 hours unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy

As our products are digital in nature, all sales are final and non-refundable once delivery has been completed.
Please review product details carefully before making a purchase.

5. Accuracy & Disclaimer

While we ensure that databases are compiled from authentic and verified sources, we do not guarantee:
- 99.99% accuracy of every record,
- or any specific business outcome, response, or conversion.
The database is provided on an “as is” basis, without warranties of any kind.

6. Limitation of Liability

Datapedia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our products.
Buyers are solely responsible for how they use the purchased data.

We collect only necessary information (name, email, phone, billing details) for order processing.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you:
